We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Administrator (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Administrator to support our team in managing and executing digital content and campaigns for a variety of clients.

This role is ideal for someone who loves marketing, keeps up with trends, enjoys generating content ideas, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research trends and generate ideas for creative social content
  • Brainstorm and support concepts for marketing and social media campaigns
  • Write captions and short-form copy for posts
  • Schedule and publish content across social platforms
  • Coordinate with clients for content feedback, approvals, and updates
  • Manage and run engaging social media campaigns
  • Create, manage and optimise Google Ads and digital marketing campaigns
  • Track performance and prepare reports

Bonus (not required but a plus):

  • Capture content on-site using a phone (photos, reels, stories)
  • Light editing of short-form content (Reels)

Training will be provided, however experience in these areas is required.
