OK Fashion, operating under the OK Group, is Malta’s exclusive franchise partner for prestigious international and local brands, including Swarovski, Furla, U.S. Polo Assn., Stivaletti Shoes, and Mimi Ladies' Boutique. With a network of 12 outlets across the island, including 7 franchise-based stores, 6 multi-brand locations and an online store, OK Fashion is home to a curated selection of high-quality fashion.

The Brief

OK Fashion approached us with a vision to elevate its brand and create a cohesive 360° identity ahead of its e-commerce launch. The goal was to refresh the existing brand and develop collateral for both retail and corporate use, ensuring it resonated with current audiences while remaining relevant for the future.

Our Approach

We began by developing a detailed brand strategy to define OK Fashion’s core values, positioning, and tone of voice. This strategic foundation guided the creation of a modern, polished identity. Building on the existing logo, we introduced a refined version inspired by luxury fashion houses, designed to stand the test of time.

We then extended the identity across all touchpoints, with a strong focus on e-commerce packaging. A bespoke pattern and brand messaging were developed to reflect the brand’s personality and ensure a seamless experience across every interaction.

The Impact

The new brand identity strengthened OK Fashion’s position in Malta’s high-fashion market. The refreshed logo, cohesive visual language, and unified collateral created a sophisticated presence across both online and retail environments.

Later, we had the opportunity to further bring the brand identity to life through the design of their signature concept store, Stivaletti at Bay Street. We incorporated key elements of the identity into the store’s physical space, ensuring a seamless translation of the brand’s positioning into an immersive customer experience.
