Rossopomodoro is an international Neapolitan pizzeria franchise that relaunched in Malta in 2022. The brand currently operates multiple outlets across the island, offering authentic Neapolitan pizza and traditional Italian dishes within a casual dining setting.

The Brief

The client onboarded our agency to support the brand’s local relaunch, seeking a partner to bring its identity to life in the Maltese market and manage all launch marketing activity. The goal was to introduce the international franchise to a new audience while maintaining alignment with its global brand standards.

Our Approach

Working closely with Rossopomodoro’s headquarters marketing team in Italy and the local team in Malta, we managed the full rollout of the brand locally, ensuring a seamless adaptation of its international identity to the Maltese market.

We designed and developed all in-store materials, including menus, delivery menus, placemats, napkins, kids’ mats, and restaurant stationery, maintaining consistency with the brand’s global look and feel. Alongside this, we directed content creation and photography to build a strong visual library for ongoing marketing use.

We also planned and executed the launch marketing strategy, which included a creative campaign concept, social media management, influencer partnerships, and collaborations with third-party food platforms. Beyond the launch, we established the brand’s online presence by managing listings, TripAdvisor pages, website design and content coordination, to ensure visibility and cohesion across all digital touchpoints.

The Impact

The brand launch was a success, establishing Rossopomodoro as a recognised name in Malta’s food scene. Since then, the brand has continued to grow, strengthening its presence in the local market.
