We began by refining The Convenience Shop’s logo and modernising its brand identity to better reflect the company’s growth and ambitions. To support a cohesive rollout, we developed comprehensive brand guidelines to steer all brand content and communications. These were applied across every touchpoint, from marketing collateral to in store category signage, shop facades and window displays, building a consistent and elevated brand presence.

We also supported the successful launch of their new website in 2020, helping to establish a stronger online customer experience.
